Up early in morning to rake leaves and prune the bushes and the trees. Tricha and I got most of it done, and little girl Emily was lots of help with her little rake. Our azelea bushes have not been trimed or cleaned out for 2 years, lots of vines to clean out and much to trim back. About 30 bags of leaves so far, and lots of branches and vines tied up for the garbage guys on monday. More to do on Sunday to finish cleaning. We went to Sams Club to buy some flower bulbs and shurbs. Next week will be planting weekend, my in-laws are coming over. My friend Steve is giving us his kid's swingset, my father-in-law Pat is going to help take it apart, repair it, and put it back together again. The ladies will be planting, the guys building a play area for Emily, and all enjoying a great bbq for lunch. Below is my little baby Emily showing off her hard work.
