Our Palm Sunday Day

Great Day! Very chilly morning, our church followed Burvick the 40 year old donkey around the block will everyone carrying palms. Emily rode on Daddy's shoulders, bringing up the rear with the other parents with kids. Back inside the church, Emily was not going to be still, she was very busy, bumped her month on the pew, let out a loud wail, mom rushed her out to the rocking room. When she settled, back inside in the back, where we ending up playing on the balcony stairs during the sermon. Oh well, the joy of being a daddy. After church we went to lunch with the Varnells and the Pattersons who were back in town from Austin visiting their son. At home all of us took a long nap, then sat outside enjoying the spring weather. I got my grill set in its permanent place and setup stake where Emily's play area will be created next weekend. This week will be at church many times; hand bell practice on Wed, Maundy Thursday service on Thursday 7 pm, Good Friday early morning 8 am and afternoon service on Friday 12 pm, leading up to Easter Day 10:30 am.
