yep, it's done. The swing set project has been completed! With the help of Tricha's Dad Pat and her mom Kathy, we nailed, hammered, repaired, and built a play area for our little girl Emily. Ended up as a 22"x22" box framed by landscape timbers two high, filled with cyprus mulch. The center price is the swing set my friend Steve gave to us, Pat and I reframed it, fixed the fort leaning issue, and made a strong sturdy swing set for Emily and her friends to play. Lot's of hard work, but worth it!
Little girl helped out, today she helped grandpa push the dolly to cart the mulch and landscape timbers from the truck to the back yard. Emily loves her swing, still learning how to slide. Looking forward to many hours of fun with her, Emily is lot's of fun, I love her with all my daddy's heart.
