Went to the Doctor this morning...said I pulled a muscle in my back and will take some time to get better. So it will be Tylenol for pain control and Mobic to reduce inflammation. Plus heating patches by day and an electric heating pad by night. Hopefully this will resolve over the next 2 weeks or so. No more heavy lifting or moving anything heavy for a while.
This weekend we are going to AlleyFest!!! Looking forward to spending time listening to music and checking out crafts. Little Texas will be there, learned two of the lead singers are from Longview.
Tomorrow morning off to a breakfast meeting with local doctor, hope we can work together. Later it's off to tour Behavioral Health to check out their facilities and again learn if we can work together.
Emily is still her cute self, tonite we had self-made pizza. She loved eating hers! All of it! Our little baby is growing up day by day.
