Pain...back pain in particular really hurts. Has been 2 months since I worked on Emily's playground and still my back hurts. Has not helped since that I have move and office and helped others move on two different occasions. This morning was almost a tear jerker, took some alieve to help with the pain. Got on WebMD.com and it said also to take an anti-inflammatory along with pain med like Ibuprofin. Also add a heat or cold pad. While at Sam's I picked up a back heating pad that lasts for 8 hour or more. Also made an appointment with the Doctor for the morning. Think I must have really strained a muscle. Hopefully Doctor will find everything is OK and just recommend rest and medications. May have to try a chiropractor if this does not get better soon.
This Friday "Little Texas" will be in Town, looking for a baby sitter so Tricha and I can go. They do not play until 10 p.m., need a late night babysitter. We plan to go to the water park for a birthday party on Sat., so we cannot have Tricha's parents provide help and my parents are still out of town. My friend from college and his wife will be there, looking forward to catching up with them.
Working on Marketing ideas tomorrow morning, and then to the church in the afternoon to work on the greeter ministry tracking spreadsheet with Rev Shanna. Will get done this weekend and try to setup on Google so all can use.
Little Girl Emily loves pasta. At supper she finished her chicken and pasta, put her plate out for more, ate all, and then asked for a third helping. Hungry girl, must be having another growth spurt. She is tall for her age. When around others at her age she is the tallest in the group. Next week she is off to summer school at Oak Forest three days each week until Fall. Is tough taking care of her now at the office, she is a very active girl and demands attention. How I do love my little girl. She asked for her Dada tonight, wanted me to read to her and rock her to sleep. Is Daddy's little girl for sure.
